Code of Conduct
At Ferocious Talent, we are committed to creating an environment where everyone — artists, collaborators, and industry professionals — feels respected, valued, and safe. If you work with our talent, know that this is how we operate, and we expect you to do the same.
This is a space for creative expression, ambition, and community. It’s also a space where egos are checked at the door, and respect is non-negotiable.
What We Don’t Tolerate
We don’t do discrimination. We don’t do harassment. We don’t do bad attitudes.
That means:
• No touching without consent
• No hate — racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, ableism, fatphobia, classism, colourism, misogyny, or any other form of discrimination
• No harassment or intimidation — verbal, physical, online, or otherwise
• No exploitation — our talent’s time, effort, and energy have value, and they should be treated accordingly
• No ‘boys’ club’ mentality — we are about collaboration, not exclusion
• No power plays — if you think your title, status, or industry connections make you untouchable, this isn’t the space for you
Accountability matters. If an issue arises, addressing it head on is the only way forward. We believe in growth, learning, and making amends. Everyone deserves the opportunity to correct their wrongs, but taking responsibility is essential. If accountability isn’t something you’re willing to engage with, continuing to work together will be difficult.
What We Stand For
Ferocious Talent is about making great music, building careers, and fostering a culture that allows people to thrive. That means:
• Respect is key — whether you’re working with artists, managers, crew, or fans, respect is the bare minimum.
• Consent is everything — physically, emotionally, creatively. A ‘yes’ should always be freely given and never assumed.
• Sober or not, we move with care — many people in our space choose to be sober. Party responsibly, be aware of your impact.
• Artists deserve a safe space — no one should feel uncomfortable in a studio, on a set, or at a gig. This applies to dressing rooms, green rooms, and beyond.
• Accountability is action — if harm happens, we deal with it. That means listening, learning, and taking real steps to make things right.
