London-based, Elena Flury brings us a beautifully ambitious blend of melodies, lyricism and vocal richness. Elena’s vocal tone gives a nod to vintage sounds yet is sonically, firmly in the throat of 2022 and beyond. Lockdown restrictions forged a new direction for Elena and as a result, an entirely new writing process evolved.

“Good music for me is in the detail, in the love and the care for the craft as a vehicle for an emotional expression. Music is my safe place. It gives me a lot of hope, faith and purpose when I need it the most. I don’t want people to feel alone in what they are going through; I hope they can recognise parts of themselves in my music.”

Influenced by the music of Erykah Badu, Norah Jones, Moonchild, Raphael Saadiq and together with producer Femi Temowo, Elena discovered her sound. She is looking forward to sharing her music with the world and intends to provide a listening experience that fans will not get tired of. Elena’s music is strong, yet vulnerable and with her band, she looks forward to hitting the stage again soon.
